Carol Bierbrier & Associates (CBA) was founded in 1998 by Carol Bierbrier, Occupational Therapist and Certified Life Care Planner, with Allan Bierbrier, Managing Director, contributing to the firm’s development and operations. From the outset, the firm has focused primarily on life care planning and future care costing in litigation.

Carol Bierbrier, Clinical Director, has developed extensive expertise in the quantification of damages in personal injury matters, including those arising from sexual assault, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. She has been accepted as an expert in her field and has testified on numerous occasions before the Superior Court of Justice. She has also published and presented at conferences on life care planning and future care cost assessment.

Allan Bierbrier, Managing Director, brings over 25 years of experience in the health and rehabilitation sector. He has held senior management roles in both public and private health-related organizations and has worked in public health and occupational health at both national and international levels. His role has been integral to the operational development and strategic direction of the firm.

Together, they built CBA on principles of fairness, critical thinking, and professional integrity, recognizing that behind every file are individuals and families navigating difficult circumstances.
