Beth Morris

Canadian Certified Life Care Planner & Canadian Certified Rehabilitation Counsellor

Beth Morris is a Canadian Certified Life Care Planner and Canadian Certified Rehabilitation Counsellor who has worked in the field of vocational rehabilitation counselling, case management, and life care planning for more than 37 years.

Beth completed her undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Western Ontario (now Western) and later obtained her Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counselling and Community Inclusion at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.

Following the completion of her undergraduate degree, Beth began her career as a vocational rehabilitation consultant and subsequently branched out into case management, then life care planning (future care cost assessments). Beth developed a training program and trained and managed other life care planners for a national rehabilitation company. During that time, Beth delivered expert testimony as a Certified Rehabilitation Counsellor and Certified Life Care Planner.

Beth lived outside of Canada for 20 years, during which time she worked as a vocational rehabilitation consultant with individuals injured in the workplace for workers’ compensation insurers. Since returning to Canada, Beth has been excited to resume life care planning. She prepares life care plans for individuals who have been seriously or catastrophically injured, including those with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, chronic pain, amputations, and orthopedic injuries.

In her free time, Beth enjoys spending time with her husband and aging parents, reading, baking, quilting, and keeping fit with running and strength training.
