Following personal injury, an individual’s ability to complete housekeeping and home maintenance services may be impaired. To determine the nature and extent of the individual’s losses, one of our expert Occupational Therapists or Certified Life Care Planners will review the medical brief, assess the injured party in their home environment, and determine if services and/or assistive devices are required to compensate for the functional losses. The consultant will then prepare a detailed report outlining functional impairments and resulting inability to manage housekeeping (cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, etc.) and home maintenance (lawn care, snow removal, gardening, handyperson tasks, etc.) responsibilities. An accompanying Tables of Costs will also be included.
